We paid $350 for my 12 year old to fly from houston to amsterdam with their unaccompanied minor program. The united attendant did not pay attrntion while they were in the bagge area and my son picked up an identical suitcase. I spent hours on our vacation trying to get the suitcase back to the true owners. They even had all their christmas presents in there. Could never find anyone at united to escalate to. Had to buy overpriced clothes for my son. United is worthless. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR CHILD!!!! If they weren’t watching the baggage pick up - what else were they not watching!!!!

NEVER, NEVER DEAL WITH UNITED. They have lost my baggage on September 12th and I waited 7 days for it to be left on a neighbors door step. I haven't been reimbursed for the $588.00 that I'm out for new clothes and sundries. Then they offered me a 350.00 travel voucher that I still haven't seen and I have 9 tickets that I need to add to mileage plus and can't get done. to top that off I can't get to a live person that speaks English well enough to be understood. FLY ANY ONE ELSE BUT UNITED. Laurie J Stewart
