AVOID THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY PLACE!!! Go ANYWHERE but here!!! These people do not respect or value their customers. They have the most assinine return policy known to man---one that assumes the customers are criminals who stole the products. If you need to return for any reason, even beacuse it is the wrong color or even defective, they will deny you, yell at you, call you names in their language. Quite humiliating. Just don't do it!

The store was clean good customer service and a big selection of the high end weaving hair. The reasoon for four stars is because the prices are slightly higher than other places, but with the level of customer service, it was well worth it
