This is a very dishonest dealership! They cheated me! You will totally lose your money if you buy from this dealership because they will sell you cars with big problems such as accidental/damaged cars, or it comes with big problems such as engine light or transmission light being on, or hurricane damaged cars!! I bought a Jaguar Ftype from this dealership 5 days ago and I totally lost my money, I am very upset because salesman Quinton Kirk and owner of this dealership tricked me! They lied to me, they told me the car has not get involved in any accident and does not have damage but I just found that this car has had accident and they did not report it to Carfax. I paid $52,000 for Jaguar Ftype. I trust them and bought it and then I took to Jaguar Dealership but Jaguar Dealership told me “if you can return, do not wait because this car had accident and also the underneath of the car is damaged from the hurricane in Houston”. Body of car had a little damage and Quinton Kirk told me they are going to have it fixed but after I paid money they do not even answer my calls now! I called more than 50 times, neither owner nor Quinton is answering the phone, but before Quinton was calling me 3 times a day. They were supposed to deliver the car to me for free but the delivery guy charged me $200 upon delivery! I told the owner that I am not gonna pay anything for delivery since we agreed the delivery is free, she told me “this is your problem I don't care” and hang up the phone! They also have not changed the oil of the car for a very long time. Jaguar Dealership told me the oil is expired. The oil was black color. I have my paperwork from Jaguar dealership and I had to pay $320 to dealership to replace oil. Also Quinton was supposed to send me my second remote control but now he does not answer the phones! PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! WHEN YOU LOOK AT THEIR CARS THEY LOOK FINE BUT WHEN YOU TAKE TO THE MECHANIC OR BODYSHOP, YOU WILL REGRET YOUR PURCHASE! IT TURNS OUT TO BE A TRASH! NOT A CAR! Then, I sent them an e-mail that I am going to write feedback after that they told me “ok just don't put any feedback we are going to refund your 200$ money back” but instead of refunding my delivery fee they sent me some paperwork. They said they will refund my delivery fee if I sign those papers. If I signed those papers, then I would not be able to give any feedback or go to court to complain. Of course, I did not sign! This is ridiculous! They want me to sign paper works that would result in me losing my right to go to court or write review!! Also they do not have BBB certificate anymore! (They used to have but apparently it is taken from them due to complains). If you want to buy a car with peace of mind, go buy from Vroom or Texasdirectauto.

Buying a car from this dealership was a huge financial mistake.

Bought car out of town and believed what the salesman told me, because on ebay they have a 100% rating, should have looked at their rating on the BBB and reviews online.

Was told the car had no strange noises, or issues. It was delivered to my house and the moment i drove it, i could hear a loud clinking sound coming from the drivers side wheel well and the smell of gas coming from the gas tank was horrible.
Couple days later my alternator went bad on the freeway, that cost me $375 and i'm not even concerned about that. What does upset me is, the sound that he said wasn't there is 2 bad CV axels and sway links that cost me over $500, the gas tank has to be pulled from the car and thats a $500, 6 hour job, just to diagnose it! The extended warranty that i bought covers none of the repairs. My salesman Omar wouldn't even call me back, until i told him i was gonna call the BBB, then he said he would sue me if i made a complaint because i signed a non arbitrary agreement. So i called him a crook and asked him how he sleeps at night, then he called me a F***ing A**hole.

Be careful.

Avoid at all costs. Check the BBB for reviews, many unsatisified customers.
They use their Ebay rating as a sales gimmick to lower your guard.
Do not buy from out of state. They will lie lie lie about the cars condition.

BEWARE - SCAM - Do not Purchase from them.... I had located a beautiful car on eBay...priced at $40,000... Called to ask questions. The lady who helped even walked over to the car while I asked questions such as: "Any paint scratches, chips, dents? Missing knobs, rips in the leather, etc...." I received a raving review of the car...this matched what I was seeing on eBay...

This is where their scheme gets interesting. I asked how I should proceed to buy (I wanted financed and my experience on eBay, when you make a purchase, you have to pay immediately after hitting "Buy it Now"...

I was asked to place a deposit and the car would be mine after the finance clears....which it did. The car was removed from eBay shortly after the deposit was placed. When I went to pick up the car (300miles away), it was no where near the condition they had described....bald tires, 2 chips in the windshield, missing letters, knobs missing, cracked plastic, clear coat on paint was pealed and the list goes on and on....not what you want to see for a $40k car and after you were told is was immaculate...!

I fought and fought, tried to get my money back, my deposit, etc...they actually get very aggressive with you after the purchase.

If you have the fortune of visiting them, you'll see what I mean. They're not on the main road with the other dealerships. They work out of a side street, almost a back alley. Their employees at the desk look like they've just escaped from prison...

Shady operation to say the least. eBay has received hundreds of complaints about their practice but I guess they enjoy the revenue that these guys pull in for them every month.....

I still drive the car I bought from them, I had to invest an additional $15k but it is pristine now except for the paint.....

Beware these people lied about the condition of the vehicle
I bought from out of state the pictures and the shippers pre
condition report reflects this experience.The vehicle had multiple
scratches and damage. this is not an ultimate motor.

Transaction was ok (not bad but simply ok) : car was not perfect as listed on eBay but it is ok... Problem is that some parts of the car have been removed just before the pickup (cover bed, hitch ball, floor mats,...) and the seller claims the parts have been stolen during the shipment, but I'm sure it's not true.
By the way, car has been delivered, and it is runing pretty well.

Being said, few / no chance I will deal with Ultimate Motorsport in the future.

Perfect place to go to buy a car! Their prices are bestbuy if u listen to me! Employers are very friendly! Veda provide me all info i need... Highly recommeded!

Bad business. Stay far away. Shady people. No customer service skills. Immoral. Was lied to, defended against. Was nothing but kind and straight with these people and they repaid with lies and more lies and B.S. Car is leaking water b/c they replaced windshield without letting me know. Was delivered with BALD front tires. Boyfriend almost got killed on the highway. Made me sign a waiver. Still havent gotten any money back. Total scam artists. Stay as far away as possible.

Excellent deal, I went down and checked the car myself, staff was helpful, not pushy. I would recommend driving your car, I hear a lot of problems from deliver across country.

I saw a 2008 BMW M3 online and called the dealer to check if they still had the vehicle. They were courteous and the price was great. So I ordered an independent inspection and it came back great with a minor imperfections which I expected, the car had 80k miles on it. Vehicle shipped as promised and looks better than I imagined. Thank you for making this a easy simple process. Will definitely buy my next car from them.

After searching for an SUV in Vancouver and not finding anything with no rust I took my chances online to find a good SUV under $15,000. I was lucky to find a Mercedes at Ultimate. I called them and they seemed nice and verified the vehicle was there. After researching the vehicle my husband and I decided to purchase it. We could not be happier, my son and husband flew down to Houston and were picked up at the airport and they had a great cross country trip back to Vancouver. Do not buy from this guy. He will not call you back once he got your money. Cars are not represented truthfully. Stay away!!

BUYERS BEWARE! Do not do business with Joe; he WILL NOT respond to calls, emails, questions or needs once he has your deposit/money. He described the car as being in "perfect" condition, only to receive it to find body work had been done (paint runs) and chipped paint on both doors. Temporary tags were for another car (wife was ticketed) and title was issued incorrectly (still unresolved). Run, run, run and don't look back.

What he is really doing is selling you a piece of crap with no way for you to complain

He only sells a few great cars on eBay

The truck I purchase picks were doctored

Huge scratches

Car fax showed major accident and title was salvaged from accident

Frame bent

Vehicle showed up and would t drive right

Major vibration showed a bent drive shaft

Seller will not communicate once he gets your money



Check bbb if you don't believe the reviews on here or other places on the Internet
