The Staff here is professional, courteous and very time efficient. I loved the system they employed for services. I was in and out in well under an hour with my needed documents in hand. Kudos to all!

Horrible..I gave it a "1" only because I had to give it something...I had to drive to the location in Conroe....I went to the Aldine Mail Rt location yesterday, and the CLERK did not give me the second sheet with the number printed on it, so I asked her if I needed the number printed on it....Keep in mind that I asked her about it specifically and she said no, and I told her that I needed it for verification of the number...sge said that would be sufficient for them..After waiting in the sun for 30 minutes, and inside for over an hour, I thought I had what I needed...I get to DPS office and sure enough, I needed the other sheet with the number...duhhhhhh.....I went back to this same office thinking a supervisor would be just that and just print me the sheet I needed..NOOOOOOO...I guess he has only a high school diploma also. He acknowledged the mistake, but told me that I would have to stand in line like every one else (Outside in the darn heat)..I asked him why did he come out, he could have just been rude and IGNORANT like the others and sent a message out by Mr. or Mrs...Robocop..I said that was stupid when the mistake was theirs so he told me that I could not be serviced there. I walked off and called him ignorant....I do not have to deal with government offices a lot, but I am tired of people making excuses for treating people badly....Something needs to be done about this....
