Went in had to wait 20 mins to be seen. Even though there was only 3 people in the place. They charge to take off gel nail polish. When the lady was buffing my nail, she buffed so hard my fingers bled. They're crappy UV light thing wasn't working right so I had to hold em under for twice as long. Thus resulting in sunburnt fingers. Also they didn't massage my hands. I paid for a manicure on top of it. And they didn't even do that.
