do not buy plastic frames here! when i picked up my glasses i noticed they were crooked (one of the legs were higher and did not touch the table. when i told then they said it wasn't gonna make a difference and that its cause my ears are uneven so i gave them the benefit of the doubt which was a big mistake its been 4 visits and 4 weeks later and my glasses are horrible the left side is crooked so i get sinus headaches on one side of my head. so they ordered me another pair of frames which took 2 weeks to get in instead of the one they told me, i put the frames on the table and they were even more crooked and broken then the first pair she again told me its cause my ears but i hadn't even tried them on yet, she also said that plastic frames are different and are crooked so i went to the glasses and start putting plastic frames on the table and none of them were crooked so she shut up and said "well what do you want me to do" what an idiot duh fix them maybe do your job maybe so i picked out another pair of frames that weren't crooked and paid the difference so now she said they didn't have any lenses and i have to wait another week or 2 but dont worry she said im allowed to wear my broken frames until they come in which im so thankful for i love getting sinus headaches i will never go back there my guess is that they made the frames bent went they put in my lenses and were to stupid to fix them.
