My experience has been very professional and I have had no problems. Reading the different posts regardless of the score, it is amazing reading the one about the neighbor having leaves onto their driveway but the more revealing part is that the complainant didn't talk to his neighbor about what happened. Instead continued to blame the yard service and then the neighbor for retaliation. A simple conversation sure would have helped.

Some folks would rather just complain. Life is hard you have to work at it.

We've used Trinity Lawns for 4 years now - they are consistent and a good value as long as you don't have anything out of the ordinary. I've learned to pay them by bill pay with my bank and I have no problems. I would recommend them to anyone looking for consistency and a good price - just make sure they know what you want out of cutting the yard.

I decided to give this company the benefit of the doubt even though I've read bad reviews. the jokes on me the company is not trustworthy The check was not under the door by far is the best, they happen to use this a lot I've had a check under my mat for 2 weeks straight to here no check was there. I stressed to the lady that it would be better to just say you guys had to many yard and couldn't make it out Which made me go to my camera with caught nobody approaching my door. But enough is enough the last straw was when it rain like 2 weeks straight so I was tell that they was behind on yards which was understandable than come the 3 weeks no cut. What seems to be the problem I wonder so I called;oh we will be out the next week. Me:ok cause my grass is 3 weeks over due. To make a kind story short grass was cut. But than I receive notices your grass is to high and hard on our equipment so we have to take you off schedule what a joke do yourself a favor and do not use this company

The company's employees do not knock if you don't have your check under your mat by whenever they show up. I put mine out before 8:30 and they never cut the grass. then I was told they came and it wasn't there, so I assumed they came before 8:30 I left the check there for a week still nothing after they had allegedly set it up with my husband to come. I called they told me somebody would be out that day, and it was on the schedule. Again, no one showed up. I called and left a message informing them of that and never received a phone call back. My husband was again told they were coming and they never showed up. I called and explained that it was very unprofessional and was informed they took me off the schedule and that if I look to my neighborhood up on the Yellow Pages I could find another landscaper. Where is the customer service? I have never dealt with a more unprofessional organization in my life!

Trinity Lawn has been cutting our grass since 2006! 10 years later, they are still top notch in our book. Chelsea is great!!

We received their flyer at our door and decided to try Trinity Lawn Care because their flyer mentions God with godly messages and that drew us in because it made it appear as if they were a trustworthy business that would provide quality service. Boy, were we wrong. They had sent us two men to do our lawn. As my husband and I watched these men, the one who was blowing our leaves blew all our leaves onto our neighbor's driveway while laughing and looking at his partner as if it was so funny to create such a mess on someone else's property not thinking of what kind of conflict he was creating for us. Well, it did create a conflict. After watching this shameless, immature display of him blowing all the leaves on our neighbor's driveway, my husband asked the guy with the blower to please blow it off of their driveway and to never do that again. Well, he got upset, took his blower off, slammed it into his truck, sat in the truck, and sulked like a little B----. We reported it to the office. They did offer to send them back to clean off their mess, but it was too late because our neighbor got so upset he called his landscapers to do it. Three days later, we had to watch our neighbor blow all his leaves onto our lawn, which was a lot, because he thought we had the landscapers do this to him on purpose, which we didn't. Mind you, that we had good relations with this neighbor, but what our neighbor saw was the landscaper laughing and my husband talking to him so our neighbor put two and two together and thought we asked them to do that to him, which we didn't. Eventually, I called the office to have them come back to blow and bag up all the excess leaves. In retaliation for coming back because they just didn't want to right their wrong, after they bagged up the leaves, they put it in front of my truck to block me and giving me the inconvenience of carrying it myself to the curb. These guys mention God and religion on their flyers, buy their service is far from that of any Christian behavior, or any religious behavior. It's such a hoax for them to mention God like that to get people to believe their good people that give good service. Don't go to these guys. Their workers are lazy and disgruntled. You can tell by the way their attitudes are. If they were paid or treated right, maybe they would have provided better service? Or maybe they just hired the wrong people? Who knows, but I would never use them. They are rude, lazy, and they take issue with correcting their mistakes. Not a very good sign.

Trinity has been doing my yard for over 2 years. They always show up on time. They do a good job and I have never had any problems.

This company is a headache. The crew regularly skipped the back yard. I called each time, and reminded them that the gate is always unlocked, don't even have a lock on it. I tried each time to work with them, and asked what I needed to do to accommodate them. The customer service person said there are no note from the crew as to why they skipped it, then the person told me that they can only give me a one time discount, and if it happens any more, they will have to charge full price. Guess what, it kept happening. Save yourself the headache!
