Used to goto another trinity location and now started coming here. Have to say they are very consistent and took care of me just as well as the old location I went to. Doctor makes all the difference and the Asian doc(can't remember his name)who saw me at this location took his time to clean my teeth and explain everything to me. Also the last location I didn't have any cavities so I was testing these guys to see if they would make up stuff, and sure enough they were honest and didn't try to jack up the bill.

I go to the Aldine location. Let me tell you I was annoyed by the assistant. I took my two kids for a regular dental check up. She called my son to take xrays & she immediately started to use the cavitron to clean his teeth. (Uh NO! First of all You're NOT a dentist nor a hygienist so I definitely don't need you in my son's mouth doing anything other that xrays or assisting the dentist.) She got upset after I politely asked her if she was a hygienist (bc I already new she wasn't a dr. (She looked 18-21) She said No but I'm a certified assistant! I said well you can polish but don't use the cavitron. (I don't need my kids gums to bleed all over the place because of her lack of experience) I want the dr to do it please. She got up & left. Then when she came back she had the long attitude face! I was polite to her all the way not wanting her to get in trouble but seems like every time we come here an assistant is trying to do hygienist work. Smh! Need a new dentist asap!

In the greater Houston area there are many dental services to choose from and I found this office to be one of the best. I scheduled an appointment for a check-up, cleaning, and whitening very easily. The staff was very friendly over the phone and made me feel welcomed in person upon my arrival. The office and clinical area are very well maintained, clean, modern, and state of the art. The dentist, the assistants, and hygienist were very friendly and knowledgeable and I did not feel any pressure to do "extras" as I have experienced in the past at other establishments. Excellent experience and I will definitely return. Thank you!

I really wanted to like this place, after reading the reviews. My appointment was scheduled at 2p. I arrived 20 minutes early considering I was a new patient it's customary to arrive early at any clinic. There was a note on the door that stated they would return at 2p. I waited, 2p came around... called (phones were forward to a cell phone) no one answered, no one showed. Frustrated I left...and left a message canceling my appointment requesting a call back. I called again and spoke with the Manager an hour later, she was very unprofessional for arguing and insinuating I lied....stating they were there at exactly 2p. I simply wanted resolution not an argument. If you're going to take lunch from 1-2p, then you don't make an appointment at 2p, you make it at 2:30p giving yourself extra time in case you DO run late you do not inconvenience your customers/patients.

I loved this office, I hated my last dentist which is why I left. I hate waiting for a long time and was happy they let me right in. doctor was friendly and staff was really helpful. thanks trinity.

I have been here before I started going to the location in Crosby (which I love also). Dr. B is such a friendly dentist, so personable and real. She makes me feel like she is my friend and cares about me and my family, rather than some of the dentists I have gone in the past that seem like they just want my insurance money. The staff is very friendly as well. And I never had to wait long like at other offices.

My husband and I thank Dr. B and her staff at Trinity Dental for making our experience a great one. Since moving to Houston in 2008, we had numerous unpleasant encounters at various dental offices. However, our visit to Trinity Dental in July was made pleasant because: the staff was pleasant and friendly; without a long wait, we were brought into the examination room and served; we were not moved from room to room, including a trip to the business office to discuss financial plans. Instead, we were treated respectfully like adults who could decide when and what services we could afford; and, we received a great goodie bag.

My family are new patients at Trinity and my kids like it there. Clean, modern building and equipment, friendly staff, short wait times, Dr Burakowski is very knowledgeable and great with kids.

Great place to get dental work...me and my two boys come here and I gotta say, no complaints here! These gals at this office do a great job..having pretty faces is just a plus! Keep up the good work ladies, be seeing ya in April!

I have been a patient of Trinity Dental for the last 4 years. Dr. Sheikh, Jennifer, Erika, Heather, and the rest of their amazing staff have completely changed my life. For years, before meeting them, my only insecurity was my smile. From day 1, Dr. Sheikh was very frank with me about the condition of my teeth, and gave me a plan to get my mouth healthy. Every time I walk into the office I am greeted with smiling faces and hugs!!!!! They have turned the dreaded "trip to the dentist" into something I actually look forward to. I will be forever grateful that I was introduced to Trinity Dental!!!!!

So today I went to this dentist office called trinity dental and I was interested in getting braces I met with the office manager Jennifer who was very friendly and worked out a great payment plan so I could get my braces. Dr. Husain and her staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease now that I got my braces. I can't wait for me to have a beautiful smile.

I felt very comfortable with my visit. I was informed of all procedures that would take place in my situation. All of the staff I delt with were quite helpful as far as any qustions I had.I hope to continue a good relationship with my Dr.Amjad Sheikh, hopefully not to often,but as I need to many thanks keep up the great work

The staff was horrible. Completely unprofessional and lack of patient privacy. Saw them making fun of a patient after she had left. Makes you wonder what else they do.

Dr B is by far the most amazing dentist I have ever had!! Not only is she patient and puts people at ease, but it's over before you know it :) The best part, is that I didn't have to wait "forever" to go back and get started, because lets face it....who like waiting to get seen by the Dr. Thank you again Dr B for everything!!!
