I am a nursing student and needed to get my Basic Life Support certification. I realized this on Thursday and needed it by Monday. I chose Tri-One because it was the next available class on Friday. I called Friday morning and was able to take the class that day. Curtis was so great. He made me feel comfortable, and then made me feel confident about what I was doing. His instruction was tailored to my specific needs and areas I was shakey in. When I talked to my classmates I realized that I had the best experience out of all of them. They talked about how their instructors were just there to turn on the videos, and it took forever. Since this wasn't my first CPR class Curtis explained everything to me in a short(er) amount of time than what my friends experienced. I would recommend Tri-One to anybody who wants to feel confident in their skills, and doesn't want to waste a lot of time with boring videos.

I called on Thursday because I needed a CPR class quick. Arranged for Saturday and the class was painless and interesting. A great instructor who takes the time to talk to you and get to know your strengths and focuses the instruction on where you are weaker. Will definitely use them again.
