Roach Motel on steroids. No matter how much we spray or put down Boris acid..nothing works..they left a note about extermination once in almost a year of being there. Management keeps changing and maintenance crews.
In one month our refrigerator. a/c and stove all stop working.
Got the air fixed after a few months, now the other two are still not working and we have to keep sending request. I had to write a note on the money order envelope for rent ..I am tired of eating out and throwing away food....DON'T MOVE HERE!!

The onsite and management are amazing

Trails of ashforde has a staff that is magnificent and extremely empathetic to those resident who they are in care of and it starts at the top with the head Manager Andrea who is always respectful and willing listen and try to work with resident rather it's towing or billing. She is always active as well as her other employee when it comes to walking the premesis to spots places that need improvement. The staff on a whole is friendly when you go to the office in need of assistance. Andrea tried to be empathetic to her residents and willing to exhaust every possibilty to keep the resident in their homes by going that extra mile and just working honestly with people
