Ron is very helpful and thorough. I have been pleased with the repairs that I get. They are don right the first time as as rule. If there is a problem they will take care of it immediately. I appreciate this and have referred 2 others to them and both have said good things later and thanked me for referring them to Toyotec.

as soon as they find out I have insurance. $700 cash service becomes $2200.

I had to pay just deductible anyway, so it was OK



nightmare started after that.



THEY USE 3rd party CHEAP supplies.

I had to go there so many times and ask them to replace it.



the owner has very bad attitude saying he does not have all day for me (even though I had to wait there for an hour). (you will see..once he gets paid, he is a different person)



when I went there to pick up my car, it was the same exact material, and they did not do anything.

now I am calling insurance adjuster. (after going there skipping my work so many times and spend all my hours there waiting for my turn...they give me the same problems and lying that they replaced it)



Also, do even trust their $14.99 oil change with free car wash.



1st of all, the poor mexican gets $1 to wash your car and top of that $1, you still pay $14.99 + disposal fee of $4.99 +tax

so you pay maybe more than other place



DO NOT GO THERE!!!
