I called the main number and was transferred to the LaPorte office. After telling 3 people what I needed, Ashley told me that they only provided fit testing and couldn't do a noise survey. They had another part of the company, ICU, that could do the noise survey. I asked for that number and she acted like it was an imposition and put me on hold. She never came back to the phone so I hung up and called a competitor who had appearently passed remedial customer service training. He was able to provide a bid and behave professionally.
