Get bill for $200 after Dr walks into my room and says hi how r you spent 10 seconds with me. They sent me bill for $200 but did not have my medicare info to bill medicare gave them info they say medicare covers it all and will not send me other bill year later get collection agency letter they want all $200 call them to find out why they never billed again but phone disconnected
