Horrible!!! My uncles lost $240 because of this bad service! The worst service ever!! I am so disappointed in the quality of service for this company!

By far the worst bus company i've ever used. The bus broke down for 9 hours. We were stuck in the parking lot of a gas station with no air and the bus and stinky restrooms. Other than that this bus company has a van from Plantcity to Orlando which we paid for! we were waiting for 2 hours in a gas station also,the van NEVER came to pick us up. So we called the bus company asking for the van and they claimed it was our fault the van didnt go pick us up. It was 4 people in total waiting for the bus. We were just done with our vacation, we didnt have much money left and we still had to pay a taxi to take us to the bus station which was an hour away! They made us look bad, people were looking at us like we were crazy with our baggage. They still dont want to give us back our money which we paid for the van.

The company is very unprofessional and disorganized; in particular plump girl with glasses at the Heights location in Houston, TX. 1. They don't have the time of arrival at the destination. 2. For some strange reason they do not sell round-trip tickets; even though they are in the travel industry. 3. On trips past trips to Mexico with this company the bus has broken down, had the cooling/heating system not work, the bus driver did not want passengers to use the smelly restroom. 4. At the border there is a long wait time to get on another bus. 5. They sell tickets to tornado and zima real, but only accept credit cards for tornado, this is not mentioned anywhere until you try to pay with a credit card. Bad service take transportes chavez located a few blocks away you will not regret it and will get there faster.
