Horrible customer service that doesn't honor their own 1 year warranty, even after showing proof of purchase.
Can't emphasize enough how improperly my case was dealt with. Incredibly rude and unruly.

I hope this reaches your corporate office. Last year I purchased one of your glass front refrigerated deli cases and also a glass merchandiser. I have to say that both of these units were the WORST PIECES of CRAP I could have possibly purchased. The deli case had a malfunctioning thermostat (which customer service refused to acknowledge and FINALLY FINALLY replaced the thermostat after MONTHS of calls. Both units had wheels much too small for their weight and size and wheels on both immediately collapsed and broke. For the merchandiser, not only did the wheels collapse, but the fan ran constantly and the doors would swing open, had to be tied to stay closed and the thermostat on this unit also was malfunctioning, keeping it too hot or too cold, in spite of lowering or raising the temp - very inconsistent. After calling customer service for MONTHS and MONTHS about my unit (which was under factory guarantee) and pleading, the customer service agreed to let me find my own service person and to pay them, since THEY would not find or send anyone (and I live in So CA - not exactly the edge of the world). My service person did repair the unit for me and I sent the invoice to be paid, as agreed upon by the Service manager at your factory or warehouse (TX). After that, I called at least six times to get this invoice paid. Thinking this was settled, after one year I find the invoice was never paid to the service person, Steve Coy, and I HAD TO PAY IT MYSELF!!!!! This was extremely embarrassing as well as being COMPLETELY WRONG. This was a warranty covered repair. In any case, I will never purchase another piece of junk from your company and will also go onto every Yelp or eBay or Amazon or whatever site and express my indignation at how I was treated as a customer. If your market share is sliding, I would suggest you take a GOOD LOOK at the quality of your products and HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! I am now opening my restaurant in about two weeks and when I was searching to buy equipment the first question was the brand. Am I a disgruntled customer? You can believe it!! Do I have reason to be so!! FOR SURE. Now I wonder if anyone in Corporate will see this message - and if they will care.. By the way, I have paperwork and such to back up all these claims. Again, the WORST quality products (both of mine defective - pretty bad odds) and the VERY VERY WORST Customer Service imaginable. Deplorable and unconscionable.

The equipment you purchased is warranted for 1 year parts & labor and 5 years on the compressor. Tor-rey refrigeration is bad news. Do not buy. The quality is bad and the technical support is no helping either. I brought a display refrigerator and a disply freezer and within 5 months the freezer started to make trouble.I trying to contact A city discount where I brought it. NO HELP. The technical support just told me things. They told me I need part but they would not sale it to me....... to these days after two months, my freezer still cannot fix.....
