The stylists have not been properly trained in coloring or highlighting techniques. After 4 1/2 hours of torture, I left. I am a brunette and I wanted a few highlights. Instead the top layer of hair was bleached to almost blonde. I had to go to another salon to fix the mess, and they told me that my hair had been damaged and it would take several months to get my hair back in shape. Also, they are very expensive!

Creative hair styling, & great "natural" colour work, individualized attension/analysis. Excellent spot!
