I went there to buy a new car, on the radio they said they will help anyone no matter what the credit look like. Well my credit was fair not A-1 and they told me that I needed a co-signer and I told them that I had no one. The guy told me when I find a co-sign come back and they will try and help me and then just walked away. Very rude. I left there and went somewhere else and got a brand new car. So what ever you do don't go to Tom Peacock Nissan, EVER

The service department was fantastic! This was the first time for me to go to Tom Peacock I've been to several Nissan dealerships around Houston for service trying to find the perfect one and I have found the perfect one here. All the staff was very nice, courteous, very quick for my Nissan Altima's checkup. A special thank you to Glenda the service consultant and Rich the service director and a very special thank you to the GSM Jon LeTang for going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy and taken care of. What a great team and staff. I recommend if you're looking for a dealership that you go to Tom Peacock!

This dealership took advantage of a disabled veteran and refused to make the situation right.



My disabled husband went into the dealership and was pressured into purchasing a car.



I went to the dealership and let them know that I am his fiduciary/custodian, and that he can not legally sign contracts as he is not capable of understanding the terms. They refused to make the situation right and told me I am stuck with the car.



Don't do business with a company that would take advantage of a disabled vet that fought for this country. They should be ashamed of themselves. It's unamerican.
