Mike was very professional. He would call and show up when he said and did a great job repairing my oven. I would highly recommend TNG to everyone needing appliance repair and woul use him again.

Please do not use this service. The two employees who came to my home were unprofessional and unreliable. They came and identified the issue but of course did not have the part. They were to return the next day and flaked on me without a phone call. I will never use them again!

Stay away from this guy. Ripoff. Late, fat, sweaty, bad breath, dirty, looks like he lives & works out of his car. Showed up with girlfriend and son, very unprofessional. Machine broke a week after he "repaired" it. Called for warranty, he did not arrive. Told me to F@(K OFF when I requested a refund. Charged me the price of a new washer to fix mine. To top it all off, he is not even the company I called. I called another company, they sent him. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT USE MICHAEL NELSON TO FIX ANYTHING. I wish I had looked on the internet before letting this thief in my home. You will too if you ever us him.

I have a new Samsung washer that started acting up and no one wanted to touch it. Mike Nelson and his assistant came out and fixed it in a timely and professional manner and went above and beyond to get it working for me. I will use them as my appliance repair service from here out.

Mike went above and beyond my expectations and made it out same day, diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair price, and then had to run to Houston and get one of the parts and then came back to finish the job at 8:30pm and now my fridge is running like a dream. Thank you Mike and TNG if I need anything for family or friends you better believe I'll be giving them your number thank you so much!!!

I had them fix my Dishwasher in December. They sent a guy who was new and did not know what he was doing. He replaced the pump that was not broken and did not fix the real problem which was the control panel. I called and called and they finally came back out and said they would do the new work for free... I just had to buy the part. I paid them $177 buck to get the part. It has now been over 2 months since I wrote that check and they are ignoring my phone calls. All I want is my Dishwasher to work. It is now April... I am out over $500 so far and my dishwasher still does not work. Use someone more reliable. Do not use Michael Nelson or his company. I am reporting to the BBB

I am very happy with the work performed by Michael. He was honest, on time and the work was the best I have received from any repair company I have dealt with. He also gave me information to prevent future problems and he stands behind his work. I will continue to use him for any future repair needs and will recommend him to anyone I know who needs work done

Stay away from this company. They asked for money for parts. The parts the purchased were wrong for my fridge and unnecessary. i.e a fan when it didn't have a fan to begin with a thermostat that was not correct for this type of fridge. In the end they made attempts to fix my fridge, but ended up blowing the fridge compressor trying to rewire my fridge. They dropped off another compressor. Never installed it and then stopped returning my calls. They don't show up when they say they will and don't call to reschedule. These guys know just enough to be dangerous DO NOT USE THEM! I paid them $360 to be in worse shape before calling them. I know have a fridge that is going to cost $900.00 to fix. I'll be taking them to small claims court for sure.

TNG Appliance did a great job at repairing my stove and I especially liked how quickly they were abie to order and install the part needed for my stove. The technician did a great job with informing me of the status of my order and scheduling a follow up call.
