The first time I went into this place I purchased a set of wheels and tires for around $3000. Not only did they tell me that they had broken and replaced one of my sensors, I also had to go back 3 times before they were able to balance the wheels correctly. That should have been a sign. Last week I needed tires again and I was quoted a price online, then charged $100 more when I walked in (which the manager basically told me that they could charge whatever they wanted). Not only were the tires out of balance AGAIN when I left, 3 days after I paid $1100 for tires one of the tires had 4.5 lbs of air in it. I found air leaking from the valve stem and went back to get the problem fixed on Saturday to find out that they weren't open on the weekends. I returned today to resolve the issue. When I arrived and they removed the tire I found out that the air sensor which they told me that they had "fixed" was missing a rubber grommet and was attached with a wire. At that point the "friendly" manager, Jack, basically told me that they didn't do that that and that they don't know who has been working on my wheels. After pretty much calling me a liar to my face he told me that they would not be replacing the tire that I had been driving on 4.5 lbs of air before I found the problem because it was I that had "let the tire run flat" in 3 days. It was only after I had threatened to call Amex to get my money back that he had his guys put on a new tire. Once they corrected the problem and I left the rear tires were more out of balance then they were before I got there. This guy should obviously not be managing a service oriented business. For a place that their only job is to replace and balance tires, these guys do an extremely poor job. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I am suprised that anyone could give these guys anything but a 1-star rating.
