I have been doing business with this company for 15 plus years (started at their location on Glenmont) and they have always doing an excellent job with all my tire and wheel needs. I bought wheels and tires yesterday and they were $970 less then Discount tire. They were 22" wheels and tires and the same exact wheels and tire. I love this place and only buy my tires there. Great job keeping their prices down for the same wheels & Tires.

I was very displeased. First the sales person didnt know that 3/4 ton trucks need 10 ply tires. he kept asking me you want a 10ply? then he orders the wrong tires and i dont find out till im ready to leave and the tires are clearly being crushed by the truck. so the install guys dont know what they're doing either and this is after waiting 2 hours to get the wrong tires on. after that the sales guy was extremely rude. i told the sales person and the shop person since there was no communication between them which tires went where as i was keeping 3 of the old tires and they still tried keeping my bfg off road tire. the times i looked in on the shop to check progress it looked like a circus in there and the shop is extremely filthy and disorganized which is always a sign of bad mechanics and management . i can change a flat faster than they can change 1 tire. one of the worst shops i've seen in 40 years and the first one to compel me to write a review. they were inconsiderate of the interior of the car no mats on the floor things were disheveled one of my hats was on the drivers side floor and they didnt know how to mount the spare tire on a 94 chevy. pretty ridiculous. they get one star because they do finance and it is very easy to qualify if you have no credit. so unless youre willing to keep an eye on these guys and risk unbalanced tires and untightend lug nuts which is what i will check next. i wouldnt use em again.

Really bad customer service. They didnt know a 3/4 ton truck needs 10 ply tires. He kept asking me you want 10 ply? i shouldve left right then but i wanted to finance and re-establish credit so i ignored the warning signs. Really poor tire service also. no tires in stock for my truck which are just standard size Chevy tires. They tried keeping one of my tires, they didnt know which tires went where as i was keeping 2 and had to tell them 3 times and didnt know how to mount the spare tire on a 94 chevy which is purely rididculous. i guess you cant blame employees for being hired it all goes back to poor ownership and management. Service time was extremely slow - 3.5 hrs over all and this was mid week. they get one star for easy financing but beware there are such better service shops out there it just isnt worth it because so much is riding on those tires and rims.

These folks start off very helpful and very accomodating until you complain about a problem with the service they performed. They don't return phone calls and they don't do what they promise. They are not looking for repeat business and they can be outright dishonest. I had my 19 inch wheel repaired at Tire 59 after having smacked the curb at 30 MPH. It looked good when they mounted it back on my car but I soon discovered a vibration on the freeway. Tire 59 had mounted 13 pieces of wheel weights on the inside of the rim to cover up for the fact that the wheel was warpped and should have been replaced instead of being repaired. Apparently Tire 59 does not check if the wheel is damaged or could care less, they just do a cosmetic repair to your wheel with total disregard for the fact that it is bent or warpped beyond repair. All they want is your money. Safety be damned and to heck with customer satisfaction. Now I am out the repair money they stole from me and I have to buy a new wheel.
