We noticed a weird smell after they left. That is when we discovered that the majority of the ducts were not cleaned, the UV device was not properly sealed, the holes that were cut in the air handler for cleaning access were not properly sealed, the clogged ac drain line had not been fixed, the plenum had been severely damaged, and there was trash left in the attic. I had to have another AC company come out to repair the extensive damage to the AC unit.

The damage was so extensive that the AC company took pictures and recommended we report them to the TDLR - Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. That is when we discovered they are not licensed in Texas for AC repair, duct work, or cutting holes in the AC for cleaning purposes and UV device installation.

I was looking for an eco-friendly cleaning company to clean my duct work. Tip Top duct cleaning showed up in my search results along other cleaning companies. They carefully explained over the phone any questions I had. I appreciate them taking the time to do so. The cleaning was finished within 4 hours, they provided me with photographs from before they started and photographs of the completed result. Good experience.

I am really glad I got my air ducts cleaned! Literally it is a huge game changer. Breathing is doing so much better, less dust in the house. I was taught a lot about how the system operates. They were fast and out of my house in a jiffy, the satisfaction of turning on the air conditioning and smelling this lovely scent they had sprayed in there. Everything just felt so fresh. This company is HIGHLY unprofessional and I advise that you stay far away from them. If you're looking for great service , then you WILL NOT FIND IT IN THEM. My apartments contracts this company out to clean our air ducts almost a month ago now. Shalom (OWNER) came into my unit to clean my air duct and knocked my smart TV over on it's face and completely BROKE my entire TV. He was not paying attention to his surroundings and knocked it over with the vac that he had hanging off of his back. I had to buy another TV and am now out of my money that I unexpectedly had to spend. I have given me the company receipts showing what I had to pay for the exact same TV and they have yet to reimburse me for my TV. At one point I spoke to Sophora and she was extremely RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL towards me while I merely was explaining what had transpired brought upon by HER EMPLOYEE. She immediately began deflecting blame from him and making excuses for him. I have already looked into taking this company to small claims court , because they have failed to reimburse me for my broken merchandise. I am not understanding what their issue is with giving me my reimbursement for what they broke in MY HOME. On 5/22/2018 The OWNER OF THE COMPANY name is SHALOM called my phone as well as my husband's phone. He also texted my husband the same thing. He stated to me that he had my check and that he would be in my apt complex all day, just call him once I arrived. I did just that. We agreed to meet in the leading office. Once he arrived and began speaking to me. He was just mainly trying to BLACKMAIL me with repayment of my broken merchandise in order to delete THIS REVIEW. He just kept saying how it is messing up his business and can I please delete the review. Which he STILL NEVER PAID ME. Do NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY FOR ANY NEEDS. FIND A MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. WORST COMPANY YOU COULD DO BUSINESS AND SOPHORA IS A HEADACHE AND NEEDS A CLASS ON HOW TO BE A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WOMAN

I just finished to renovate my house that got damaged during Hurricane Harvey.
My AC guy recommended me to get my air duct cleaned and not replaced since the house is 2 years old and the air conditioning unit in very good shape.

The crew came on time the technician was very helpful and explain everything from a to z very good.
I decided to go ahead and do the job with this company after research and it was a good decision because all my air ducts are clean now, like they were new.( I saw photos before and after)  they also got my HVAC system cleaned and sanitized the entire air conditioning system I must say that me and my entire family feeling better now.
