I really should have paid more attention to and believed the negative reviews for this company. They start out strong, but by the end they are just throwing stuff together. There is no attention to detail, no pride in workmanship. When we walked into our home after closing the first thing we saw was our microwave on the floor in the kitchen. It took three weeks for them to replace it with a new one and two attempts to actually replace it, the first "new" microwave was very used! We are now waiting for the dishwasher to be replaced and we are pretty sure the oven will require replacing as well. We have a busted window, improperly sealed granite in the shower, along with several other issues. I requested a call from someone at the corporate level, but have not received one. Apparently "Building Trust" is JUST a slogan. Run, run fast, run far!!

Should not be able to call themselves a "custom" home builder. Their quality is not up to custom prices although their prices are. You get a kb or royce quality home for the cost of a Toll Brothers or Kickerillo home. They do shoddy work and inflate their prices. Management is rude and doesn't care. Run!
