We operate three state-of-the-art dojos, and provide students with a clean, safe, and fun environment in which they can train in their chosen martial arts discipline. Our expert staff specializes in the Shotokan style of karate, but we also offer beginner to advanced classes in a number of martial art disciplines, such as kickboxing, kung fu, aikido, hapkido, ju jitsu, bushido, taekwondo, judo, or any other modern or traditional martial art forms. In addition to our dedicated martial arts programs, we also offer mixed martial arts (MMA) training, power fit kick boxing, and women's self defense instruction.
