Be aware and avoid this company. We scheduled a CPR with them and paid upfront. Received confirmation. Drive a hour to the training location and was told that the session has been cancelled because they do not have the training equipment. What a joke! No advance notice for the cancellation at all. Called the contact number on the confirmation email immediately and get no response but voice mail. Called again the second and got connected to a very rude lady, Mary. Request refund and was told rudely that they do not care about the how the customers feels at all. Still waiting for our refund. Definitely do not recommend at all! Very very bad customer service. Stay away.‎

Best CPR class I have ever experienced. Now I know I can truly help someone.
