today is aug 11th,I arrived there about 9:15 no one at the front desk,front door open.for 20 min I roamed around 5 people(staff) walked past me no one asked if they could help or even more important what i was doing.When I finally stopped someone in a white coat and asked where everyone was she said morning meeting.just like every morning.As I am looking for a place for my parents,This one doesn't even make the list.What I saw with patients in the lobby was disgusting and no one watching the unlocked door!!!!!! I wish I could rate this lower than I have.This is a very sad way to treat elderly/someones parents.I won't do this to mine. Michael W.
