Worst service of my life. I went in for a simple print an notary. I printed 3 pages total, only one was to be notarized and specified which one to the girl. She comes back and says the owner will not notarize due to the fact there is nowhere for him to sign. So he gives me a speech about why he could not sign, that was fine even though he was already rude about it. I told her I would pay for the 2 black and white copies at $1.00 each that I would be using. The other document was trash since he refused to notarize it. He over heard me and immediately raised his voice and stated that this is not a welfare store and I had to pay for the other sheet of paper. Mind you I had cash in my hand. I was not looking for hand outs. It was the principle. So a piece of paper that cost him 6 cents to print was justifiable for his to yell and disrespect a customer in that manner. So I told him I wouldn't pay for any of it if thats the case. He told me to get the hell out of his store and and not to ever come back. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So could have been handle in a different and more professional way. I wouldn't have mind paying for all of it if he wouldn't have had an attitude from the get go. I wouldn't suggest using them, plenty of other stores out there with the same services.

I called them to asked if they can give rate on armed security officers and they don't answer me.

I think they are realy busy.

This morning about 6:30 I had a flat tire on my way to work and was able to get to the Champion (?) parking lot at US 59 and 90 (old Bill Heard Chevrolet).







I cannot express my appreciation for the amount of assistance your security guard gave me.



My lug wrench was too short – he had a nice long handle one

My car was slipping off the jack – had a nice, wide base jack

I tore the nozzle off my new portable air compressor trying to pump up the spare – he had a good functional compressor and helped me inflate the spare above 18 psi





The manner and support he exhibited was very encouraging in my time of intense pressure (already late to work).







Again, you have the right people at the right time that are very well trained and friendly.
