BEWARE! The facility director (FOR THIS LOCATION #4) and corporate director of The Toddler houses' may seem like they are approachable but they are not. When I expressed concern on how one of the caregiver was treading the children they become very defensive and at times the facility director raised her voice at me. As this issue was unfolding and I was demanding answers as to why my child was not being allowed to use the restroom I became the bad guy in all of this. With evidence in hand I was the one after them and when I finally talked to the corporate director I was told that she took care of it and that what more did i expect from them..uhh...how about reassurance that my child is in a safe and protected environment with a heartfelt apology for what this caregiver did. Unacceptable. I pulled my child out of this daycare immediately and so were my nephews. I will say this the ONLY one that is doing a great job in this facility is the caregiver that replaced the unacceptable one.
