Three months living a nightmare. The manager put me in an apartment infested with cockroaches (first night I killed more than 30). The community manager, Milestone regional manager, and the pest control company (EZB) avoided my complaints and denied severity of the issue even with proofs (see attached pictures). I had to contact Houston Human and Health Services Department but they were not willing to fix the whole infested building so the continued until my last day. The managers then said that I accepted to move into the apartment in such conditions when the same community manager had denied in the past that the apartment and building had history of roach problems. Finally, I later found out that the manager had relocated the previous tenants from my apartment because of the roach infestation. I cannot believe that I had to deal with such dishonesty and lack of respect after paying a lot more per month than I would have wanted.
