I have been at this property for five years now and the management here is a steady, unbearable, and embarrassing decline. This is supposed to be a "luxury apartment" property and while the layouts are nice, it seems that they cannot seem to keep management. each staff member is ruder and more discriminatory than the last. very unhelpful and unprofessional behavior day in and day out; even when they're wrong. We have stayed for the unit layout, community, amenities, and the location but the management is Wal-Mart customer service at best. They do not know how to treat residents with respect and do not know how to handle manners in an appropriate fashion they also don't tell you about break ins - they just hire security to roam around in BROAD DAYLIGHT HOURS ... use less. (if i could give the staff zero stars, i would)

DONT MOVE IN!!!! Their staff is extremely rude and incompetent. At first you would think this matters very little, but it really does matter. They are constantly losing things and forgetting things and their customer service skills are extremely poor (at best). They handle customer service issues as if they cannot wait to get back to whatever it was that they were doing before you called/showed up in the office. I made an online purchase of over $200 worth of merchandise. UPS sent me an email confirming the package was delivered and signed for by a member of the office staff. When I went to the office to pick-up my package, not only could the staff not find it, their response was "not my problem". Very unhappy.



Also, the safety of this particular complex could be rated as one star. The neighboring gas station wont even let customers walk in but you must have a cashier find items for you behind a thick pane of glass. Shootings/stabbings/assaults are frequently occurring.
