Pennie with Realty Exchange is the best Realtor I have ever worked with. She listened to what I was looking for in a home and found exactly what we wanted!



We visited with her on the phone, through emails and she was very prompt on returning calls and emails. It was like we were her only customes, yet we know we were not, her phone was ringing non-stop, but not once did she put her calls before our needs when we were viewing homes.



Her knowledge of the real estate market and the communities was astonishing. She will always have our business and we would refer our friends, family and co-workers to her without hesitation.
