I am fairly new to this business’ services but I can attest to the fact that the groomers here know how to do their job. The first time I took my dog here, they informed me of a possible ear infection. For that I thank them a million times.

The problem I had here was with the owner’s husband. I made a mistake when making my appointment and shooted them an email/text the day before. I informed them out of curtesy and they said it was fine, to go in. When I got there that day, the husband was really rude but then I explained and everything was fine afterwards.

Recently, I recommended my neighbor to this place and when she went in, she also had a misunderstanding with the owner’s husband. They had already taken her dogs in but after a long conversation the owner’s husband explained the dogs would be ready for pick up around or after 1 (which is weird considering they clearly specify that pick up time is 12-12:30 for the morning group) because there were other dogs before hers (keep in mind I made the appointment about a week in advance!). My neighbor then explained it was no problem that she could pick up her dogs after picking up her kids from school and that’s when everything went downhill. The owner’s husband handed back her dogs and practically kicked them out (literally).

Like I said the groomers are very good at their jobs and their pricing is very affordable for the amount of work they do.

For me personally, this is something I can look past by because I loved how they payed attention to the small details but when things like this happen not only does it make them look bad but also the customer who’s recommending their services. I need to find a new place to take my pets.

One of the WORST experiences I have ever had with a business. I came into the shop out of the pouring rain. The minute I stepped over the threshold the owner began shouting at me. My sweet dog was on a leash but with the torrential rain, I accidentally let him greet the owner. I pulled my dog away from the owner and sat down holding my dog close. I waited patiently while he conducted his business with several customers. I understood that he was busy and that I should not have let my dog greet him. I didn't appreciate being yelled at, but it was fine. Eventually he took Cosmo to the back and came out to explain to me that Cosmo could be finished at noon or it could be longer, depending on how long it took for them to dry his hair, which seemed strange since Cosmo's hair is not very long. I innocently shared with him that my son had a holiday party at school from 1 - 3 and so if it turned out that Cosmo was not ready before 1, I wondered if I could pick him up after the party at 3. It was just a question. I didn't say that I couldn't pick Cosmo up or that I wouldn't be available, I was just asking a question because I had never taken my dog to this shop before and I didn't know what the policy was. He began shouting at me again that I should have told him I had a conflict- which I really didn't because it was just a question and the holiday party was a flexible appointment - and that he was going to go get my dog and give him right back to me and I should leave. I started to ask him why he was talking to me like this and behaving in this crazed manner, but I realized that there is something very wrong with this man. He is not well. He was abusive and inappropriate and I would not trust him with my dog or anyone's dog or other humans. I took my dog, walked out into the torrential rain and drove home. Truly awful.
