I splurged and used the Valet with a car wash. The bus dropped us off first and put our luggage in the back. Good experience.

Paid for covered parking only to come back to a cracked windshield. It is clear that something was dropped on or something fell on my windshield but when I spoke to the manager I was told that they will take no responsibility for it, even tho I paid for covered parking. I will never use The Parking Spot again. How can you deny responsibility when its clear something fell or was dropped on my windshield, not to mention that I paid extra for covered parking to avoid something like this from happening in the first place. Horrible service, and a even more horrible experience, I will never use them again and would suggest for anyone else to find another place, any place is going to be better than this place.



The manager also informed me in his own words that parking there is the same as parking at a walmart, they are not responsible for anything at all, which makes me question the use of having covered parking and charging extra for it. Again this is a horrible place and I will never use them again and hope no one else has to deal with a situation like mine.
