Not that great of a place. Not helpful

I just wanted to take a moment to write in appreciation of the staff at this Home Depot store. Pat Kuntz, the store manager, does a good job of positively motivating his associates toward excellent customer service. Although I have occasionally had a to wait a bit as they all busily assisted other customers, I have gotten very good, personalized service from associates in all departments. They are for the most part kind, courteous, and knowledgeable regarding material in their departments. Additionally, many are sufficiently cross-trained so as to be able to assist the customer with all facets of their project. I realize that not all Big Box stores are to be recommended, but this one is definitely first rate.
