Chris Wylie was the sellers representative in my parents recent home purchase. Her seller falsified his sellers disclosure and knowingly concealed defects in the home during their walk through. My parents now have to spend $20k+ on repairs that should have been disclosed to them prior to making an offer on the home. It is extremely unlikely that Chris Wylie was unaware of these items which makes me question her professional ethics. If she was unaware, then she is incompetent. She's taken a lot of continuning education courses in real estate, so I tend to believe that competence is not the issue. Overall, she was very difficult to work with (non responsive to all manner of correspondence), was not able to get her seller out of the house before closing, and during closing was verbally abusive to my elderly mother. This experience has been my parents worst nightmare and I would advise anyone considering one of her listings to walk away.
