Almost every apartment has mold , very slow on fixing things . management changes every 3 months , stray cats everywhere , someone was shot by pool during summer

The New Management came in with something worth it.., lots of renovations going on.., the illicit stuff around are being taken care of..., there is a serious drastic change for good.., kudos to the new management.., I believe they would do more...! Gradually the right folks are coming in..., cameras everywhere.., etc!

No fukin room to park by leasing office

Cars get stolen a lot

This is the worst place in the world to live. The people are rude and nasty dumbsters are always full. prostitutes drugs, wild cats..the nasty area to live in in Houston. It is horrible and it stinks in the complex the people in the office are stupid as hell.. I would nt give them one star I would give them a big X for dead..

If you like Prostitutes, illegal activities, constantly having your car towed for no reason, kids bullying your kids, plus landlords and maintenance people constantly coming into your home without notice, stealing little dumb stuff out of your house without fixing anything that needs fixed, then this is the place for you!
