The service is always great and the menu is huge! Their burgers are the best and I love their beer club

I don't have a problem with this place. It's usually pretty quiet, good atmosphere, and decent food, we got in the birthday club, so with 4 birthdays & 1 anniversary per year, we usually don't pay full price for our meals. I really like their nachos and their steak was pretty good. They have a night for kids when a clown comes in and makes animal balloons, and they have a nice outside eating area. I don't like everything on their menu but there's enough I do like Thst I'll keep going back. We've never had a problem with the service either.

It started out by being a good place to eat. The food was good, prompt and hot. Now, even though the place is not crowded, it takes 25 to 35 minutes to receive our order. We were just there Sunday, the 13th of july. We arrived at 5:40. We didn't get served until 6:10. My wife's food was cool to warm so we waited another 10 minutes before she could eat her dinner. The server didn't say a word to us when she brought the food the second time. When she brought our check, again, she didn't say a word to us.

This has happened to us two or three times in the past 4 months. We kept going back because we thought they would get their act togeather. They haven't. Even though they are only 1.4 miles from our house, we have decided we have given them plenty of chances and they haven't responded so we won't be going back. They need to get servers who care about their customers and not bull------- with the other servers.
