the apartments are really nice and the staff are very helpful. A lot of people you have lived at the avenue for a long time have seen the changes and tell me that it is way better than it was with the previous management and ownership. I have lived here that long but so far everything has been great.

really nice property, they just went through a huge renovation. they now have a gym and brand new leasing office. it is amazing the difference from when I lived there 5 years ago. I recommend going and checking it out.

Very bad maintenance. Lived there for more than a year. They are under new management (again) and these new managers have you parking almost a mile away from your apartment. Not safe. No cameras and they're not liable for any damage. Customer service sucks. Think about it twice to move in here.
