Hands down probably the worst insurance company ever. They never answer their phones, they are NEVER in the office when you go there. The one time I get Brenda on the phone she promises to call back and never does. Deinfintly reporting this to TDI.

Eli Castillo has horrible customer service hes a crook and will take your money he is never there when you need to make your payment i would rather go to LoneStar Auto Insurance they have much better customer service and the people there are very helpful and very knowledgeable too.
