I recently hired this company to resurface a bathtub and shower walls. I was not happy with the work. I was told there would be 3 coats - primer, paint, and clear coat. It appeared that I received one very thin (diluted) layer of paint. I asked them to come back and apply more paint. After several weeks they agreed to come back. The owner was belligerent with me in emails. I will not use them again.
