I signed up with these people ten years ago. Five years later, the city council imposed an annual license requirement. I didn't learn of it until this year (my bad), but when I went to get the license, I was told that my alarm monitoring company would request the license at the end of the year, because they weren't allowed to do the monitoring without it. That's when I realized that T.H.E. hadn't been monitoring my system for four years, even though they were billing me all that time. They never requested the license, just stopped performing and continued to take the money. They've refused to reimburse me, so I guess I'm going to have to sue them to get the money back.

Best rates in town, clear easy use of service, and representatives are very nice and very helpful. I've been with them for about 4 years and never had an issue.

Very Helpful, and as a customer, pleased with their help. (UPDATED)

This is my second time dealing with Texas Home Electronics. The first time was several years ago. Then, they were courteous and very helpful in giving me information I needed for my home alarm system in our new Pioneer Home.



Now I need a replacement part that is not locally available nor easy to find, They are willing to sell it to me directly AND I can install it myself. Again, "service with a smile" and a job well done.

Texas Home Electronics gave me a tested replacement for the item I needed without any charge or obligation.

Worst Alarm Company in Texas

Texas Home Electronic's customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. The representatives are rude, and have no respect for their customers. I would never ever recommend this alarm company to anyone. Horrible management, horrible customer service, overall just a horrible company to deal with.
