My daughter was totally embarrassed by one of the stylists and was in tears! She thought my daughter had lice when she DID NOT. She was very unprofessional and inappropriate handling the situation by announcing it loud enough for all of the customers and other stylists to hear. There seemed to be a group of young stylists who lacked maturity. They stared at my daughter from the back room. Thank goodness for a stylist named Sandy who was expertise enough to cut my daughters hair and make it known that it was not lice, only dry scalp. Please ask for Sandy if you choose to go to this Texas Hair Team location.
