BUYER BE WEAR!!!! These guys are crooks! Started look at a truck they said they would fix a few items we had concerns about. Went to pick the truck up today with a cashers check in hand and they didn't do anything they said they were going to do. So we tried to talk about the price and they said it as is and will not give back a deposit that was put on the truck to hold it. They say we are out of luck its their money now.

This company is a total waste of you time and hard earned money.

There should really be an option for no stars, because just like pennies one star adds up to many. I URGE ALL WHO READ THIS TO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! These people have completely messed over me, and who's to say they won't do the same to you? I have over four months of issues with them. I tried being nice, and resorting to this but they gave me no other choice. Being that my story is way too long just know that your money will be better spent elsewhere. You could end up like me. Locked in a contract paying for a vehicle that is breaking down. They won't help. They've only kept my truck, drove it, and trashed it out all the while telling me that they were working on it!!!

This is for your information to beware about such auto repair company to save your car to go in worst condition.



I had following issues in my car Hyundai XG350 model 2002



1) Sometime cruise and speedometer do not work for few seconds and it works fine again after some seconds (noticed this flip once in a week).



2) Minor noise as one of the idler pully bearing had issue







I met auto repair center "Texas auto pros" and They diagnosed and informed to replace following things and asked for 500 $.



(1) EVAP system vent control



(2) Speed sensor



(3) Idler Pully (near to timer belt)



I gave my car to them on 1/11/2013 in morning and they took 4 days to repair. I got my car back on Monday 1/14/2013 in evening asked for 650$ instead of 500$. I paid them as per their demand.



When I was returning back from their shop to my home, I found speedometer and cruise control were totally not working and noticed that noting has been fixed and found my car in worst condition. Actually Pully noise was temporarily fixed and it is started again after sometime.



I met them in next day morning on and informed same. They said they are busy now and asked me to come tomorrow. I went next day and they gave me another time on Friday. I again went there on Friday and gave my car to them to fix the issue. They informed me that your car needs replacement of dashboard and given me another quote of 550$. I asked them that I have already paid for the problems and need solution without any additional money. They refused my request and denied to fix the issue. Their behavior is also bad. They charge money to create more issues in car. Their mechanics are not having proper knowledge about the car.



Also they have another shop to buy and sell used cars next to that workshop. They wanted my car to buy when I met them first time. As I don't want to sell my car to them, they have made my car like that so that I can't drive anyone. They have left me in worst situation.



I never recommend this auto repair shop to anybody.

I have a bad experience here. The behavior of the staff is not good. They are not professional but misguide their customers.... I never recommend anybody to do business with them not even for a single penny.
