I would not recommend this real estate group for any projects as the work is sub par. The community in which we bought is nice, but the follow through on the little things is quite lacking. For a home in the Heights, it not up to measure. The quality of products used is below standard. 6 months after closing, work has yet to be completed for little items on the punch list. Corners were cut on property improvements and have yet to be addressed.
