Their Winkler/Monroe location I order breakfast from there and the staff is very attentive and food is delicious.

On Saturday, March 30th, 2013, we were visiting in the Pearland TX area for a church activity. I took our church group of people to eat at this restaurant. There was about 20 of us there. The waitstaff seemed a little unorganized and confused, since there were 3 different waitresses taking our drink order. After that, the three same 3 waitresses took our food order. Again, it was confusing who our waitress was. There wasn't enough chips and salsa on the large table. No refills of chips and salsa were offerred. We had to constantly ask for things that should come with your meal, like tortillas and silverware.



After we all ate, we got up to pay (because they didn't give us the ticket) we all told them what we ate and drank. We asked serveral times if that was it, and they said yes. After we all got out, we got a message that there were some drinks that needed to paid. So one of the group went in and asked, and indeed they forgot to charge us for a couple drinks. I guess because one of the waitresses didn't turned in the ticket. That was fine. He agreed to pay for those. But, then they said that they were more drinks that we didn't pay for. So, someone in our group paid for them. They tolds us that our children had gotten refills on some drinks. We lef the restaurant and asked our children twice if it was true and they said that it wasn't true. So, I went back in there to try to get our money back, but she refused and basically said that our children were lying.



I requested to talk to the manager and they said that there was not manager on the floor. I asked for his number and they refused to give it to me. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, especially if you are going with a large group.
