CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:30am

My appointment was at 3:00pm and the Dr. didn't get back from "lunch" until 3:15!
The first thought I had was what would I have done if my poor dog had been hit by a car??
Very Un-Professional and while waiting there was a rather loud exchange of words with some unseen employee.

Called with general inquiry about taking in a stray cat. They were extremely helpful; made recommendations about health issues; and referred me to another organization if money were an issue. They will be my vet of choice!

I have refered many of my neighbors to Dr. Stiles. She really knows her stuff. I have know some of her office staff for over 30 years. I would not use anyone else in this area of Houston.

ok i'm not with their clinic and i have never been there but i called on some advice for my dog who had pink eye at the time and the lady was really rude. we were talking just fine about what a treatment could be when she tried to look me up on her computer and i wwasn't registered with them she said "sorry can't help you!!" and hung up on me. Wow.

Drs. Cory Stiles and Ong are tops in their field and they successfully retain a small, one-on-one feel in their clinic.
