Mary is the best. My daughters and I will not get our hair cut anywhere else. I also get highlights and have always been pleased.

I went in and told the stylist I wanted blonde hi-lights and before I could discuss anything else with her she was like ok let me go mix the color..... I stoped her and asked her which shade of blonde she was going to get dark blonde, medium, light, ash....there are so many and she did not even ask me!!!!!!!!!!! So she was like ohhh ok what do you want? I showed her a picture and said specifically I DO NOT WANT THIS!!!! It was an orange looking hi light and she said no no I understand! Well after she washed the color out she only blow dried a portion and I told her it was so far from my scalp it looked like my roots were coming out already!! She said that is how it has to be...I have been having my hair hi lighted for 5 years and never once have I heard that!! I hated it so much a threw my hair in a pony tail and left. When I arrived at home I dried it completly and it was ORANGE blonde looking hi-lights I called the sylist back to tell her I was extremly unhappy and to my suprise it was the OWNER who did my hair!! I told her that it was orange and she got very defensive and said well I will put a toner in it but you have to pay extra!!! i guess she has never heard of customer service!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I spent $100.00 there and $50 for someone some where else to fix it!!!! Do not go there!!!!!

I was very dissapointed when the hair stylist was done. It was nothing close to what I told her I was looking for. Furthermore, she didnt speak clear english! That alone should have stopped me! I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone, think twice before you go. There are better places off Hwy 6 then this.
