I have been going to T Tailor alterations for many years. She does charge a little over the top, but because the result is good, I continue going to her. The business doesn't take credit cards; it's cash or check only. Recently, I had to pay with a check for the amount of $200.00. Turns out I forgot my drivers license, but thought it wouldn't be a big deal because we have been doing business for many years and she knows me and my family quite well. Never once was a check bounced or money which was due not given. The owner actually had the nerve to tell me that an ID was required as it is new store policy. Along with insulting an old and valued customer, she wouldn't allow any other alternative to this problem This business has no customer relationship building sense. It is very much based on owners who are suspicious and paranoid about getting their money....even if it means loosing valued customers. I would never go there again!!!!!!!
