Worst customer service ever. Accused me of stealing nail polish. Not polite at all and nails are horrible

I frequent this nail shop because it is less than 5 min from my home. I was excited to find a nail shop close to home

but when I went to the nail shop on Saturday to get my nails and toes done it was a diaster. I have never had any problems before and yet that day it was HELL!! They get so caught up in talking to one another and trying to hurry a customer so they can get to the next one. The girl that was working on my toes didn't finish and moved on to the next person and the young guy finished my feet.. He finished them so well that he broke skin and made me bleed.. I now have two seperate wounds from where he scrubbed so hard. I didn't feel it at first because the water was so hot and it wasn't until he was finished. I will never go there again. I can never find a decent nail shop to provide good services with good quality work. I hope someone does see this and changes their minds before they go..

I have visited this salon on four occassions over the last two months. On my second visit one of the nail techs filed my nails so low that the nail bed bled. I promised myself that i would never utilize that nail tech again.



I went in for services today, and a nail tech and pedicure tec were both working on me at the same time. during the service someone wasted polish remover on my Donald Pliner shoes but I did not notice it until I was getting ready to leave. One of the techs tried to get the spot off and more of the polish came off of the shoe. They called the owner, but she did not take responsibility for damaging my shoes. In fact, the owner indicated that my shoes were damaged when I arrived.



I should have followed my first thought when I experienced my first problem with this salon. Save yourself some heart ache and time. Don't patronize this facility.
