Horrible customer service, Unprofessional, Insults clients, Rude and ignorant.
- Unprofessional
- Rude (Insults clients. He said if I can’t afford it I shouldn’t come there, He said he will donate my cloths, and that I am band from his establishments as if I was going to go back there) – please see screenshot below.
- Not clean – please see pictures below
- Alteration – they used pink color to saw and alter my yellow dress.
- Price – What you get told at the beginning when you drop your cloth is different from what you pay.
- Punctuality – I was told that my dress would be ready to pick up in 2 days. I went there on the third day, the guy closed early and left at 4 pm and I came the next day and He told me it wasn’t ready, so I had to come for the 3rd day to pick up my items.
- Communication – No one here speaks English and the owner who is supposed to be there to handle and look over business is not there.
I came to Swan Dry cleaners on Saturday 07/18/2020 to have dry cleaning and alteration done. The lady at the front desk does not speak English but since there is no one there, I tried to understand her to the best of my ability. She gave me pricing for all my items and wrote on a piece of paper.
Dresses for $9.99 ended up being charged $12.99
Shorts for $3.00 ended up getting charged $6.25
Tops for $2 ended up being charged $4
Jacket for $7 ended up getting charged for $9.99
Alteration for $5.99
Pants $10.99

I had to go 3 times before I could pick up my clothes. First day he closed early, second day cloth was not ready and 3rd day I received the worst customer service that I ever gotten from anyone throughout my life.

Even though the parking is a bit difficult because it's in River Oaks, the atmosphere here is very lively and my clothes come out great. And the pickup/dropoff methods are simple and quick, so I recommend Swan's!
