The first guy who came to our door was very nice, in town from Arizona, a summer job I guess. Since starting business with them our pest problems have not been taken care of. We still have wasps and a number of other pests. This will be the second time they have to come out before a scheduled time. When calling the lady was rude! If you go the website and click the 855 number it has you pick a three digit number for the Houston office. It then transfers to a totally different business. WRONG NUMBER! Seems like a start up company with rude girls on the phone and pest control services that don't work. Hope we can get our money back to spend towards a service that works!

We have a large roach problem and so when they showed up I thought, "hey answer to our problems". Paying around 90 dollars every 2 months didn't seem so bad then but after 4 months I have seen no change if anything the roaches have gotten worse but now that I'm really angered I asked our exterminator about the visit we have just scheduled and he told me that it is not guaranteed but they can do another service that will be extra cost besides my plan, (I'm thinking, "why in the world am I paying for this product if it is not doing its job?) so I ask how much the product is and he tells me he will ask someone and returns to his vehicle and disappears? I made the mistake of referring this company to a friend having the same issues I WILL NOT recommend this company to anyone ever again.
